Brought to you in collaboration with Baqqalia and Isler Baklava. Contains less dough, less sugar, only beetroot sugar and clarified butter. Do not contain glucose!
Suggestions for Storage and Consumption
Store in a dry and cool place. When kept in the fridge, it might develop a crystallised texture in a couple of days since it doesn’t contain glucose and similar additives. We recommend you to heat it inside a preheated oven at 180 C for a max. 20-30 seconds before serving. Do not heat longer! The sugar might get hard in texture if heated longer.
