RETURN POLICY AND REFUND 

 

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Customers have 14 days from day of delivery to return the product(s) and claim for a refund. Food items and books cannot be returned. 

 

What should I do if the product(s) is/are defective?

Defective product is when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. In case you think the product is defective at the time of delivery please contact carrier company call center, as well as contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible to report the issue. Failure to report the damage timely may affect your right to withdrawal and request for refund.  

 

What should I do if I purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or I no longer want the item? 

In case you purchased a wrong item please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].  If the package is not handed yet to the carrier company you can cancel the order and ask for a full refund. You can also ask for the wrong item to be changed with the correct item. For the other situations of remorse, including if the product(s) doesn't/don't fit or you no longer want them, you can return the product(s) within 14 days after receiving the package. Returned product(s) should be new (in original packaging, and products that have never been used). Food items cannot be returned.

 

How will I get the return label? 

It is customer's responsibility  to get the return label from the carrier company. Customer pays for the return shipping fees. 

 

Can I ask for a refund without returning the product(s)?

You can cancel your order before the package is handed to the carrier company and claim full refund. However don't worry, even if you didn't cancel your order timely, you have 14 day(s) to return the product(s) after receiving them.

If you are returning defective product(s) where there is no doubt that the product(s) is/are defective you may claim full refund without returning the item(s). For the full refund claims without returning the defective product(s), please contact us at [email protected]. Every claim is examined case-by-case. Please add adequate supporting documents/images for full refund claims without returning the defective product(s). 

If you are returning product(s) for remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item), the product(s) should be returned to claim refund. 

 

What if the food product(s) are defective? 

Since food product(s) cannot be returned, you may claim full refund without returning the item(s) if the food product(s) are defective. For the full refund claims without returning the defective product(s), please contact us at [email protected]. Every claim is examined case-by-case. Please add adequate supporting documents/images for full refund claims without returning the defective product(s). 

 

Food product(s) were not defective but I still want to get a refund because I didn't like them?

Is there a restocking fee if I return the items?

No. There is no restocking fee for returned product(s). 

 

Can I return used items?

Used items (products that are lightly used or opened) cannot be returned. 

 

How can I return products?

The products should be returned to the following address by mail using the same method (Ex: express delivery) of delivery and with the same carrier company.
