Nutrition is perhaps one of the subjects that living things spend the most energy and time on from their birth to their death. Nutrition is a necessity for living things to continue their existence. Oh we humans! As with everything else, we have succeeded in making it enjoyable in our own way. In fact, we have made an action that is not different from washing the face when we wake up every morning enjoyable with a phenomenon called taste. Imagine if we eat every day just to fill our stomachs! Wouldn't life be so boring? We humans are omnivores, but we don't eat everything. We have made it our principle not to consume foods that are not suitable for our taste, except in cases of force majeure. Perhaps this is our most basic feature that distinguishes us humans from other living things in terms of nutrition.
