Ingredients:
Tarhana(53.3%), (wheat flour, yoghurt, tomato paste, red pepper, onion, salt, yeast), noodles (29.4%) (durum wheat semolina, water), salt, wheat flour, vegetable oil ( extra virgin olive oil), onion, black pepper, ginger, mint, parsley, thyme, lemon juice powder, garlic, ground red pepper.
Cooking Suggestion:
1- Fry 1 tablespoon of tomato paste with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
2- Then add the soup mix. Add 5 cups (1 liter) cold water to it and stir until it boils.
3- Then cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
