From which countries/regions can I shop on Baqqalia?

Baqqalia is made for everyone, everywhere. So you can shop on Baqqalia from almost everywhere in the world. However, customs regulations differ in every country/region, and that’s why certain products may not be shipped to your location and/or shipments to certain locations may be temporarily disabled. If you cannot find your destination in the country/region selection section and/or address adding section, that means Baqqalia currently doesn't ship to your destination. What would Baqqalia do if I cannot find what (product, specific brand etc.) I am looking for?

How do shipments work?

We know that time is our most valuable treasure. Our worldwide express delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days. However, in some cases customs clearance at some countries/regions may take longer than expected. Baqqalia handles all regular customs paperwork before shipment to overseas, so our customers receive their orders at their door without even thinking about the customs and other procedures. Nevertheless, after the shipment has left Turkey and arrived at your country/region, if customs at your destination makes random inspections and request additional fees related to customs, this will be the responsibility of the buyer. Furhermore, customs duties and taxes that might arise from the order should be payed by the the importer/Buyer. You may refer to Customs Duties & Taxes section to see the De Minimis/Tax rules applicable at every destination. Baqqalia support team will be always at your disposal to assist you and avoid any inconvenience related to shipment.

 

What happens if my package is not cleared at the Customs? 

Any issue related to the Customs until the package leaves Turkey is the responsibility of Baqqalia.com. Very rarely export clearance can take longer than expected and the delivery of the package might be delayed and/or export clearance may not be completed. You will be fully refunded and/or you may be sent a new package as per your request if there occurs any issue that impedes the export of the package. Once the package is cleared at Turkish Customs and arrives at the customs of the destination, the Buyer, as the importer of the items, becomes responsible for all isues related to the Customs, including paying import duties, as well as taxes, where applicable. Please note that when ordering at Baqqalia.com, you or the recipient is the importer of the package and thus must comply with all laws and regulations of the country/destination in which you or the recipient is receiving the package. Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can always request cancellation, refund and change.

 

Can I return a product after receiving it?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will always listen to you and try to solve any issues related to shipments. Since Baqqalia is an online shop for overseas shipments, once the order is shipped, cancellation, change, return and refund is basically not possible.

 

However, the customer has the right to return the order if the parcel/package is damaged in a way that harmed and/or damaged the product. In case the Customer returns the order, Baqqalia would offer money back, Qash equivalent of the order or redeliver the same product at the customer’s will. Cost of the shipment of the product/package back to Baqqalia is Customer’s responsibility. In most of the cases, when customers can demonstrate (by sending photos etc.) that the package/parcel and thus the product inside is harmed and/or damaged, there won’t be any need to send back the damaged package back to us. That’s why if you see clear damage to the cargo package please don’t accept it and request the cargo company to provide satisfactory information, and please take the photos of the damaged cargo while the cargo company is delivering it so that our support team can assist you better. In most of those cases, Baqqalia would offer money back, Qash equivalent of the order or redeliver the same product at the customer’s will.

Once I add my address the price information has changed. Why is that? 

Currently all pricing in Baqqalia.com is based on US Dollar for all destinations except for the EU, and the UK. Depending on the recipient's address information, prices are converted to EUR (for the EU countries and some other non-EU countries) and GBP (UK) at the current exhange rate, which is subject to review in case of significant changes in the relevant exchange rates. Current exchange rates (as of 1st May 2022) are 1 GBP=1,25 USD; 1 EUR=1,05 USD.
