Ingredients:
1 cup of City Farm Organic chickpeas
1 tablespoon of tahini
Half clove of garlic
Lemon juice
Cumin
Optional piece of beet or carrot
Optional 1 pinch of parsley and cold-pressed olive oil

Preparation:
1. Boil the chickpeas that you soaked the night before and peel them.
2. Add tahini, garlic and, if desired, beet or carrot and blend all the ingredients in a blender.
3. Add cumin and lemon juice little by little, mix and adjust the amounts according to the flavor you want.
You can serve your creamy mixture by sprinkling parsley on top and drizzling some olive oil.
