The first years of my childhood passed in a consistency that I can call light weight, let me admit, chubby. I used to love to eat, I still love to eat. Since those years, my understanding of taste has improved a lot, but the only thing that hasn't changed is my appetite for simple and delicious food. Since the first day I entered the world of food and beverage, my most important philosophy has been to try to achieve extraordinary results by using products that we can easily find around us and sometimes even describe as ordinary.
